Who can take part

• You must be 18 or over and able to enter a binding contract.
• You need an account with a confirmed email address before you can claim a price or pay for an order. You can browse and sign in before that.
• One account per person. Accounts that share details, or that are run automatically, can be closed and their claims cancelled.
• Your account details need to be accurate, because that is where we send everything about a listing you take part in.

How claiming a price works

• Each listing is published with its own start and end time, and with a ladder of price tiers.
• Each tier has a price and a limited number of places. When the places in a tier are taken, the ladder moves to the next one.
• When you claim, you take the next available place at the price shown at that moment. The price you claim at is the price that applies to you.
• A claim holds your place for a short period so you can complete the next step. If it is not completed in that period, the place can be released.
• There is no charge for making a claim, and no charge is taken through this site.

How a listing ends

• A listing ends at the published time, or earlier if every place has been taken.
• We do not extend a listing to chase a higher price, and we do not place claims ourselves.
• Where a listing states a reserve, a place is only confirmed once that reserve position is met. If it is not met, the listing may close without a confirmed place, and any hold is released.
• After the listing ends, we email the address on your account with what to do next.

If you claim a place

• Watch your email. That is how we contact you about a claim.
• Complete the next step in the period we give you. What that step is depends on the listing, and we tell you in the email.
• Do not claim a place you do not intend to take up. Repeated claims that are abandoned may lead to your account being restricted.
• Redemption and any travel arrangements happen separately from this site, under the process in the email.

If a claim is not taken up

If the next step is not completed in the period we give you, the place may be released and offered to somebody else. If that happens, you are not charged anything and you are not obliged to take the place. We will tell you when a place is released.

Fair play

Claims must be made by real people for their own travel. Using more than one account, using automated tools, or attempting to interfere with a listing or with other people's claims is not allowed, and we may cancel the claims involved and close the accounts.
