Is this a real auction or a discount store?
It’s a bid-to-win auction for a specific vacation. Limited winning slots open at published prices. When you claim, you’re winning that trip at that price — not browsing a catalog of coupons.
Do I keep bidding higher against other people?
No. You claim the current published tier price while slots remain. If that tier fills, the auction can move to the next published price. You’re not forced into an endless raise-your-own-bid loop.
What happens right after I win?
Your win is reserved on your account. You’ll add a payment method (if you haven’t) and use your dashboard to track the order while we complete booking details.
What if the current price fills up before I claim?
Winning slots are limited. As each price tier fills, the auction can move to the next published price. Claiming while slots remain is what locks in the current price for you.
Can I win the same trip more than once?
No. It’s one win per auction. Once you’ve reserved a winning bid on a trip, that auction is locked for you — which keeps slots fair for every bidder.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. You add your payment method from your account, and our team uses it only to complete the booking for the trip you reserved. Your details are handled securely.
Do I need an account to bid?
